Will's First Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Brandy had a great birthday yesterday. She started it off by finishing off a successful 5K on campus. She had been organizing it for the University for the past couple of months. She raised more money and had more participants than previous years. One participant of note had a personal best time. Good job, Ryan. After the 5K, it was off to lunch and then to take Will to his first Pumpkin Patch. We tried Pumpkinpalooza last year, but he had a cold, so this year worked out better. He had a blast. We went to a place called Country Pumpkins about 30 miles from Starkville. I thought it was going to be this really small place and that we'd be the only folks there. Wrong. It was a much bigger deal and there were tons of kids. He wanted to leave with every pumpkin, and the horse, and the cotton, etc. Needless to say, he had a blast.
